Employee Giving

Helping Hands Program

What is the program about?

Helping Hands Partners offers a TCMH Employee the opportunity to be involved in giving to our community, our patients, our employees and our services – Helping the Foundation to Touch Lives Daily.

The Foundation appreciates the great support of the employees!

In the fifth year of the program, over $70,000 has been raised for the Foundation through employee contributions from Helping Hands Partners!  The number of partners is about 125 strong.  There is a double leaf placed on the donor recognition tree in the main lobby of TCMH recognizing the group contribution.  Additionally, certain members of the Helping Hands Partners have reached levels of giving designated as “Circle of Champions” and “Leadership Circle.”

Circle of Champions ($1,500 or more level) Dr. Jeff Kerr, Dr. Charles Mueller, Dr. William Wright, Terry Bruno FNP, Dr. Steve Hawkins, Dr. Thomas Stubbs, Charles “Chalky” Wells, Doretta Todd Willis, Richard Huffman CRNA.

Leadership Circle ($500 – $1,499) Colette Briggs, Joleen Durham, Hope Best,  Anita Kuhn, Jim Spantgos CRNA, Nena Greathouse, Jay Gentry, Wes Murray, Linda Sullins,  Avery Parker, Robert Cardwell, Kirby Holmes, Linda Pamperien, Libby Waterson, Terri Driesel, Marylyn Douglas, Perry Hulvey, Dr. Charles Rasmussen, Alice Wells, Frankie Topping, Howard Hughes.

Why should an employee support the Foundation?

As co-workers at TCMH, the foundation stands to benefit you by providing more equipment and services for your work in healthcare.  The funds will be used for creating an employee emergency crisis fund, helping with scholarships and providing resources for outreach activities.

Whatever your decision is, we appreciate your support and consideration.  Building internal support is very important as we ask community members to support the Foundation and needs of the hospital. Your participation is vital to our overall fundraising efforts.

Did you know?

If every TCMH employee donated $1 per week to the Foundation, then we would raise over $19,000 annually!   A dollar week is only one less soda or one less cheeseburger!

Ways to Give

The different ways to give include payroll deduction or gifts of cash. According to IRS regulations, your gift to the TCMH Healthcare Foundation is tax-deductible.
