Honoring Gifts – Make a gift in honor of a relative, friend, or colleague in remembrance of a special occasion.
Gifts of Appreciated Securities – You can give by way of transferring stocks, bonds, and other assets or investments you currently own.
Giving through Life Insurance – The Foundation can receive the gift as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy.
Gifts of Real Estate – Transfer your residential, commercial, or undeveloped real estate property over to the Foundation and receive a charitable deduction at full market value as well as eliminating capital gains.
Giving through a Will – Name the Foundation in your will and leave a legacy for future generations to remember.
Create a Living Trust or Annuity – Consider naming the Healthcare Foundation as the beneficiary to your living trust or gift annuity.
Other ways to give might include an interest in a business or partnership, gifts of personal property such as artwork, equipment, etc.
In supporting the Foundation, you play a key role in allowing the hospital to meet its mission of providing a total commitment to maximum healthcare services for the region.
